High yield fertilization of corn

The corn stalk is coarse, the root system is developed, the fertility is strong, and the growth is rapid. It is a crop that requires more fertilizer. In order to capture high yields of corn, sufficient organic fertilizer must be applied as a base fertilizer. Fertilizers can be applied to soils that are generally moderately fertile.

When 5 to 7 leaves are grown after corn seedlings, the first time to apply "seedling fertilizer", apply decomposed organic fertilizer with a small amount of nitrogen fertilizer, and use about 5 kg of ammonium sulfate per mu, which can promote the growth of seedlings. If the amount of base fertilizer is sufficient or the fertilizer is applied, the leaves are dark green, and the seedlings may be applied less or not. When the seedling height is 70 cm to 100 cm, the second time chasing the "stalking stalk fertilizer" can make the corn stalks thick and strong, which is conducive to the formation of large ears; can apply manure, bauxite or nitrogen fertilizer. The amount of nitrogen fertilizer is about 7.5 kilograms of ammonium sulfate per acre, applied at a distance of 10 cm from the plant, and combined with cultivating soil to bury it in the soil. The third time before the corn plucking, the “ear attacking fertilizer” was applied to apply nitrogen fertilizer to ensure the nutrient requirement of the corn filling stage after the heading. This fertilization had the greatest relationship with corn yield.

PDC Drill Bits

Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) drill bits are designed for efficient and effective drilling in various formations, from soft to hard rock. The surface of the cylindrical-shaped PDC cutters consists of premium synthetic diamond particles sintered together by high pressure and high temperature. These cutters have high hardness, wear resistance, and great tenacity, making them ideal for drilling in oil, gas, mining, and engineering fields.

PDC coring bits are designed for use with high-powered drill rigs operating at relatively low rotation speeds. They offer several advantages over surface set bits, including faster penetration, longer drilling life, and better performance in hard rock formations.

The Q series of PDC coring bits , including BQ, NQ, HQ, and PQ sizes, are widely used for soft to medium hard rock formations. The disc-shaped cutting element's surface consists of very fine synthetic diamond particles sintered together by high pressure and high temperature. A tungsten carbide stud is brazed directly into the bit matrix, allowing the cutters to withstand the large compressive and shear loads generated during drilling .

PDC core bits are ideal for use with high-powered drill rigs operating at relatively low rotation speeds. They offer several advantages over surface set bits , including faster penetration, longer drilling life, and better performance in hard rock formations.

Two main types of PDC cutters are available: conventional flat design or dome. The flat design is suitable for general drilling applications, while the dome design is ideal for drilling in hard rock formations.

PDC drill bits are designed to provide efficient and effective drilling in various formations, with advantages including fast penetration, long drilling life, and high performance in hard rock formations. They are suitable for use in oil, gas, mining, and engineering fields and are available in various sizes and designs to suit different drilling needs.
