Director Li Yanhong was criticized by Baidu and deducted the bonus. What happened?
On February 19, 2016, the internal mail of Baidu Human Resources Department was published. The full text is as follows:
At this point, Baidu Post Bar sells the event officially. What did Baidu do wrong, even the company's founders were criticized internally? Baidu needs to answer more questions than this one.

Q1. What happened to Baidu was topped the cusp?
Baidu has a community service called Baidu Post Bar. The form is similar to the forum, with keywords as the theme, such as the famous network subculture origin "Li Yi Bar", digital black gathering place "WP7" and so on. With the commercialization of the bar, some of the management rights of the bar were sold to the stakeholders (such as the "700,000 ship C" event, which is the "Fleet Collection" of the web game "Fleet Collection" players. I gave the pirated private service "Wang Niangguofu"). Baidu was finally sealed on the top of the list because the management of the disease-related "hemophilia" was sold to Liu Shaanxi, who claimed to be the "dean of the Shaanxi Medical University Hemophilia Research Institute." However, there is no record of the "Shaanxi Medical University Hemophilia Research Institute" and "Xi'an Xincheng Medical University Hospital" (Liu Shaanxi native responsibility).

Q2. Who managed the post?
Each post has a specific number of users involved in the management. These users apply after satisfying the performance of the activity. After Baidu agrees, they obtain the management authority and are called "bar owners." Each post bar can have 3 big bar owners, with the highest management rights including banned words and set small bar owners. There are a number of small bar owners under the big bar (according to the size of the bar, 10-20 places can be obtained by applying to Baidu). The small bar owner has limited management rights such as setting up small series, deleting posts, and forbidden for one day, in order to assist in managing the internal affairs; the small bar also has several small series, which are divided into small pictures according to different contents. Editing, video editing, voice editing, etc., you can refine the posts in the bar, upload and sort related resources and other operations. Post bar to the main activity of the main requirements, need to meet 1. Post a month + reply >=110 2. One month sign in >= 10 times, if the assessment is not up to standard will be removed. And with the owner's right comes, it is also part of the gray income: with the brand public relations to delete posts, clear negative comments on the product; insert ads in the post, publish soft text, and related keywords can also directly jump to the advertiser's website.

Q3. Does Baidu have the right to sell it?
2015 is the first year of Baidu Post Bar commercialization, and Baidu has implemented a post bar partner system. Merchants can apply for certification to Baidu and pay a certain fee to become a "bar owner." Because such a bar owner usually does not show the corresponding activity and user interaction in the post bar, it is generally called "airborne bar owner." According to the third article of the first chapter of the Baidu Post Bar Agreement, the ownership, management and management rights of the Post Bar belong to Baidu:
According to Article 20 of the Chapter 3 Rights Statement of Baidu Post Bar Agreement, any content published by users in Baidu is copyrighted by Baidu:
According to the second paragraph of the second paragraph of the Baidu User Agreement, the ownership of the user account belongs to Baidu:
According to Article 10, Section 5 of Chapter 2 of the Baidu Post Bar Agreement, users are not allowed to post information such as hospitals and doctors' contact information: Inappropriate analogy: Baidu is a car rental company that provides free parking lots (posts) and vehicles to users. (user ID). In order to facilitate the convenience, Baidu has set some users as the gatekeeper (bar owner) of the parking lot (post bar), and has the power to open the ticket and guide the parking. Then, because some parking lots (post bar) environment is better, many riders are here to communicate, so some merchants pay Baidu, get the management rights of these parking lots (post bar), post some advertisements in the parking lot, and drive away Bad guys in business, etc. In all the occasions of Baidu, using Baidu's ID to publish the copyright belongs to Baidu's content, and then Baidu used to exchange money. What is wrong with this? There is no violation of relevant national laws and regulations, and there is no violation of Baidu's user agreement. You are not happy, you don't have to use Baidu.

Q4. Why is Baidu doing this wrong?
But always feel that something is wrong? If you can really make money so confidently, why should Baidu apologize and return the management of the hemophilia that was sold to the original owner? Yes, your instincts are not wrong. Despite all this happening, Baidu has full ownership, but it has an impact on the number of users involved in it, which makes this problem into the realm of public space, which makes this problem far more than "Bai Bai takes himself It’s so simple to change money for everything. To give a vulgar example, the husband and wife are arguing at home why the child looks like the next king, which is a private matter of others; but if the quarrel happens on the road, even though it is a private matter, it is because of the public Space affects other people, and it is not just a private matter.

Q5. How is this big event related to Baidu related to Baidu?
In 2001, China joined the WTO, and the medical service market was officially opened to the outside world. The policy test, which lasted for 20 years, finally got room for growth, but with the rise of private medical institutions, various monsters and ghosts were also mixed. Among them, a group of financially strong amnesties, almost half of the private hospitals, because they come from Fujian Putian, so these private hospitals are called "Putian Department."
The method of Putian is quite simple: in the national search engine Baidu to buy keywords, Baidu will insert the Putian system's website (the so-called bidding ranking) in the results of users searching for these keywords, thus guiding consumers to "go medical" The hospital also has a dedicated marketing staff to conduct SEO (Search Engine Optimization), so that the name of the home hospital appears in Post Bar, Baidu Q&A, various forums, etc., and can be displayed on the results page when the user searches. front. Not only that, but the Putian Department also regularly searches for its own negative news and deletes it by various means. It is only a small part of the purchase of the management of the relevant diseases and the removal of negative posts.
In 2009, Baidu was widely criticized for inserting ads in search results, and launched a new "Fengchao" system. This system is still an improved version of the auction ranking, but at least the "Promotion" logo will be marked under the payment result. A brief introduction to the auction ranking is the order in which multiple merchants can bid on the result page entries under the same keyword, and sort from top to bottom according to the number of bids. Each time the user clicks on the corresponding item, Baidu will deduct the corresponding fee from the account of the corresponding merchant. This is a huge source of income for Baidu. According to a report in the "Southern Weekend" in early 2015, Putian Hospital accounted for more than 80% of China's private hospitals, accounting for more than half of Baidu's revenue; and according to the 36kr report, Putian City Party Secretary Liang Jianyong publicly stated that "Baidu's 2013 The total amount of advertising was 26 billion yuan, and the private hospital in Putian made an advertisement of 12 billion yuan on Baidu."
In addition to search and post it, Baidu also has a heavyweight product, which is Baidu Encyclopedia. Netizens spontaneously set up various entries in Baidu Encyclopedia, and like the encyclopedia, the world's growing knowledge. Sadly, the encyclopedia, which was supposed to be a fair and unselfish way to preserve all information, was also used by Baidu to exchange money. When merchants pay Baidu, they can get higher editorial rights, leave content that is beneficial to them for related terms, and clear their own black history.
Speaking of this, you should be clear, why is it completely unreliable to search for any disease-related information on Baidu? If there are elderly people in the family, please remind them not to trust Baidu, and install a medical information app such as Dr. Clove/Spring Rain to guide them to find real professional and reliable medical information.

Q6. Is the foreign moon relatively round, or is the world crow generally black?
When it comes to the Internet, one topic that cannot be avoided is the wall. This existence, which has never been publicly acknowledged but acts silently in the dark, isolates the entire domestic netizen community from the foreign Internet world, and also provides a living space for various localized alternatives: search, encyclopedia, microblogging , social networking sites, etc. At the same time, the Chinese netizens who are being captive are gradually out of touch with the world, which in turn forms a unique user behavior habit and consolidates the living space of these localized alternatives.
When it comes to the consequences of the wall, the first thing that comes to mind is the Google, the world's largest search engine. So is Google just right in the face of fake medical advertising? Actually not. In 2011, the FDA (the US Food and Drug Administration) confirmed that although Google’s advertising system, AdWord, has restrictions on fake medical advertisements, Google’s customer service staff actively helped false medical advertisements to bypass system restrictions and opened up The $500 million ticket made Google's profit for the quarter down 22%.
If you use Yahoo, Microsoft Bing (bing) and other search engines, you can see that the same fake medical advertisements will appear under certain Chinese keywords, which is no different from Baidu. But what's interesting is that when you set up a VPN and then do the same keyword search in Baidu, you will find that the promotion items in the results page disappear. What does this mean?

Q7. Why shouldn't Baidu be the most concerned?
When you go to work by bus and subway, if you encounter an elderly person, you can not let the seat, because respecting the old and loving the young is only a moral criterion, can only be used by individuals to restrain themselves, but not as a guideline for guiding others' behavior. But if the position you are doing is a love seat, then you are obliged to stand up and give up the old man, because according to the relevant regulations of public transportation, this seat is indeed given to the elderly, the sick and the sick. This is the dividing line between morality and law. The meaning of the law is also here: to form a behavioral restraint for all through pre-established regulations and to enforce its effectiveness through coercion. The most important point in the spirit of the law is that "the law does not prohibit it." (Note that this is for ordinary people, and for the military and other groups, the opposite is true. "If the law is not allowed, it is forbidden"). People and things in this world cannot be defined by all the rules and regulations. Then, outside the law, people have the freedom to act. This is also the basis for the fact that I said "Baidu has any problems with changing its own belongings for money."
Going back to this question, why do the same keywords have different results when searching in different locations (for example, hospitals in Beijing will be inserted into Beijing, and in Shanghai will become Shanghai, and if it is hanged on VPN) Jumping overseas, hospital advertising will disappear completely)? This is the most common and should be the most hated word: according to relevant laws and regulations, search results are not displayed.
Teacher Huo Ju in his article, "What are you paying for "free" on the Internet? "(http://chuansong.me/n/1849146) put a picture like this:
Teacher Huo Ju's explanation of this picture is: This picture is marked with 4 colors according to the strictness of the user data protection laws in various regions of the world. Looking at this issue from a legal perspective will give you a deeper and clearer understanding of the environment in which you live.
The most legally required countries are most of Europe, Canada, South Korea and Hong Kong.
Second, it is the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the like.
Second, it is Russia, Mexico and the like.
The lowest level, China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Brazil...
What are the laws of these data protection laws? The specific content of each country is different, but it generally stipulates what information the service provider can obtain from the user, what kind of information storage obligation should be fulfilled, and how to punish once the information is leaked. It is easy to see from the map that Chinese users are in a place where privacy protection laws are extremely backward. But at the same time, this is another country with a very developed public Internet service. Where there are these two conditions, there should be no second. Strict laws will make companies tend to collect less unnecessary information, so as not to bear excessive punishment. Under the loose law, how much can be taken, not white.
Now, do you understand why domestic apps are so unscrupulously using permissions? And this is the answer to the above question: When hanging the VPN, Baidu will think that the search request is from abroad, so it will comply with local laws and regulations and prohibit the display of such false advertisements. This is not the difference between inside and outside, but a company strictly abides by the law.
So the key to the problem is: Baidu has implemented the behavior of posting it and complying with the laws and regulations of China, and inserting false medical advertisements into the search results. Then we should pay attention to: Baidu should be restricted at this time. Where are the relevant laws and regulations to protect the interests of the people?

Q8. Is the administrative method the correct way to solve Baidu’s ill-health and similar problems?
Nor is it. When the administrative means excessively interferes with the market, what kind of consequences will be brought about, and the three state-owned operators that are arrogant and the virtual operators who are shackled by the oxygen pipes will know. This is why I have repeatedly stressed that I should not look at Baidu. If all the accounts are counted to Baidu, the final result is probably that Baidu has received a fine or rectification for its crimes (it has been interviewed by the national network letter), but this way of treating the symptoms will not improve a lot. (Now hemophilia is a big trouble. Baidu has returned management rights, but high blood pressure? Is the other 40% of the disease being sold?). The root of the bigger problem is not in Baidu, the lack of supervision and barbaric growth of private hospitals. Baidu claims to have the relevant qualifications of the review and paste partner, so which department is supervising the relevant process? The contractor has been repeatedly exposed to medical fraud, why is his medical qualification still not revoked? Who is in the medical institution's qualifications for providing medical services, and who is in regulation and regulation? If the relevant departments can take advantage of the Baidu selling event as an opportunity to introduce new laws and regulations to restrict and regulate the behavior of private hospitals, we can really solve this problem from the source. There was a time when various medical advertisements were broadcast on TV frequently, causing a large number of victims. After the relevant laws and regulations were enacted by the state, it was almost invisible. Why is such successful experience not implemented in the Internet field?
Putian is promoted in Baidu, Baidu can earn 2 billion, and Putian can earn 10 billion from the patients who are cheated, which will naturally bring objective taxation. But this has caused consumers to delay treatment and aggravate the condition, because what is the direct and indirect economic loss brought about by the reduction of productivity? Needless to say, the ultimate treatment responsibility is still borne by the national medical insurance, which will bring unnecessary losses to the entire medical insurance system? Whether this kind of short-term profit is worthwhile is not difficult to think clearly.

Q9. Is it legal once and for all?
After the 9/11 incident that shocked the world, the first thing the United States did was to pass the Patriot Act, which stipulated in what form, under what circumstances, what kind of content the relevant departments could monitor, and gave the law enforcement departments the means to monitor the people. The right to privacy. But after that, all walks of life are conveying more thoughts and trying to keep the beast in a cage.
In addition to Baidu, is there any other search engine? In addition to posting, is there any other social network? In addition to the Putian system, are there any other private hospitals? When the one-size-fits-all laws and regulations are born, do other people who have not made mistakes have to pay the price together? The times are advancing, and people are growing. Correspondingly, laws and regulations need to be constantly adjusted and constantly improved, in order to maximize the impact on wrong behaviors, leaving enough room for positive growth. There is an interesting word in Chinese medicine called "supporting righteousness and evil spirits", that is to say, not only to remove bad, but also to consolidate well, so that righteousness will naturally overwhelm evil. For example, those companies that copy the design will inevitably have lower product costs than the original design. When the entire market is full of plagiarism and imitations, the original design will naturally struggle, resulting in a vicious circle. At this time, in addition to increasing the cost of plagiarism by means of fines, it is necessary to encourage the original measures to support the correct practices, so that the right people can win, and the real good things can be won.

Q10. Is freedom the opposite of self-discipline?
"Captain America 2" tells a very interesting story: When the world faces successive crises and challenges, SHIELD begins to change its strategy, killing crimes by force, and the US team can't agree with it. Kind of practice. This pre-emption of all people as criminals assumes that people do not have the opportunity to correct, learn and grow. No one wants to make mistakes, but the right thing to do is not to ban mistakes, but to encourage people to make the right decisions. We should not be afraid to make mistakes, because the birth of change and creation cannot be separated from the wrong lessons and reflections. The algorithm is dead, but the person who writes the algorithm is alive; the law is dead, but the growth and interpretation of the law is alive. It is precisely because we bring thinking as human intelligence, thinking brings choices, and choices bring different futures. Isn't this the responsibility of the species that dominates the planet?
Self-discipline manifested under heavy punishment and restraint is not really self-discipline, because when these constraints disappear, this self-discipline with pressure will also lose its effectiveness. When people have the freedom to do evil but choose to do good, this is the real self-discipline. Earlier, Google was heavily fined $500 million. Later? Although Google has disappeared in the country, it continues to advance throughout the world:
Google blocked 500 million fake ads in 2014. Google took 780 million malicious ads in 2015.

Q11. Is Baidu innocent?
Quite the opposite. After distinguishing the concepts of "no sin" and "innocent", Baidu's real problems are on the horizon. "Tomorrow's World" says that when you only see the bad side, nature will go to the bad side. This is a self-test prophecy. Baidu, which pursues the "wolf culture", regards the world as the jungle of the jungle, and naturally will not hesitate to sneak into the weak and eventually bring about a future of common destruction. There is a similar chicken soup that says that everyone has a constant struggle between the two wolves that represent good and evil, and the one that will eventually win is the one you fed the meat. And Baidu is obviously the wolf that fed the wrong.
After loosening Baidu, you can really see what kind of business Baidu is. And Baidu, which accounts for more than three-quarters of the mainland search market, has made domestic online advertising look like it? Formally, the search results are inserted and promoted, the normal items are controlled by the merchants, and the soft texts are penetrated into every corner of the page; large and small psoriasis, floating advertisements blocking the pages (Baidu promotion module), but also with the point closure Jump effect; content, fake medical fake medicines gather, because they are the most embarrassing, can afford a high-selling fee of up to 999 yuan for a single click; after the financial fraud, Baidu users who know little about the Internet. As for the user information being trafficked and searching for the sanitary napkin, it is already a pediatrics to receive a painless telephone call from the hospital. The entire online advertising industry is not only worse than the vulgar, but how can users see good advertisements like creativity in Thailand and Japan that win by creativity and humanity?
Baidu founder Li Yanhong said at the 10th anniversary of the post, "The best time for posting is still not coming, I promise that everyone will like the future stickers more." In the internal letter after the sale, I said: "I insist that our values are good and noble. We are the most important source of information for hundreds of millions of Chinese. To do this, in the final analysis, we have provided Information that is valuable to everyone and makes it easy for people to get."
is it?

Q12. You said that Baidu is poor, is there a good job?
In the community product category, there is a niche community called V2EX, although it is a Chinese community but the server is in the US (it was moved back to China after the wall last year). V2EX has two distinct characteristics: 1. Never delete a message. No matter how the business is smeared or badly reviewed, these records will remain on the website for a long history, and if someone maliciously comments, it will be repeatedly beaten; Any form of content is published, whether it is post or reply, the points must be deducted, and the points can not be spoken. If someone else participates in the post after posting, the poster can earn back points. This mechanism guarantees that each expression of each ID is costly, and reminds the user that the presentation is valuable and can facilitate communication and discussion.
Encyclopedia product category, the world's largest and first online encyclopedia - Wikipedia, is a non-profit organization ending in org. All netizens participate in the compilation of knowledge maps. Although not enough for academic purposes, it is reliable enough for ordinary people to understand the world. In order to maintain its utilitarianism, Wikipedia raises donations to viewers every year and is limited to individual user contributions. The large-scale donation Wikipedia sent by the company will be declined to ensure its publicity. At the end of each year, Wikipedia publishes revision reports from major organizations, including the White House, which has repeatedly exposed several items because of frequent changes.
Online advertising, naturally the world's largest search engine - Google. Some time ago I was reading "In The Plex: How Google Thinks, Works and Shapes Our Lives", which detailed the birth of Google's online advertising services, AdWord and AdSense. It is very interesting and I highly recommend reading it yourself. I will briefly summarize the relevant points:
1. While Google is rapidly growing into a behemoth that indexes the entire Internet, there is no revenue. But under such pressure, founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin decided that Google would sell ads like other search engines, but at the same time reshape the entire advertising industry 2. Google's advertising model and the time Other search engines are no different. Advertisers buy keywords, and users will appear next to the results item when searching for these keywords, and there is a clear "sponsor promotion" logo. But the difference is that Google is inspired by another company to use the "bidding ranking" model: different advertisers quote the same keyword, and will appear in the first to third places in the promotion area according to the quotation. (This is a huge difference between Google and Baidu: the latter's bidding ranking is to mix the advertising links directly into the normal results, until the Phoenix Nest system is launched with an inconspicuous promotion)
3. Based on this, Google has also improved this model. Since the auction is anonymous, it is often the case that the first quotation is 10 blocks and then the second one is only priced at 6 blocks. In Google's bidding system, the quotation only determines the order of the rankings, and the final price will be adjusted to be higher than the latter one (for example, the three bidders are priced at 10 yuan, 6 yuan, 2 yuan respectively, then the price they ultimately need to pay separately It is 7 yuan, 3 yuan, 2 yuan). This strategy has greatly changed the bidder's mentality, making them dare to report higher prices.
4. The final ranking is not only affected by the quotation. Google believes that an ad is also a type of information, so it adjusts the order based on the relevance of the ad content to the search, and monitors how much the ad is clicked. For example, the same bidding "moisturizing lotion", small merchants who make homemade lotions, online stores that sell branded lotions, and resorts that don't sell lotions will get the order of 1-3 in turn, even though their order is very high. Maybe the opposite is true. And if Google finds a poorly correlated resort ad click rate is low, it is likely to be removed or need to be held at a higher price.
Google’s strategy encourages advertisers to make their ads more relevant to keywords (not just to popular ones) and to protect the user experience. This benign model of user-advertiser-Google’s three-party benefits has been a huge success and has become a constant source of revenue for Google.
By the way, regarding medical advertising, I will take a picture to show you:
Since AdWord is still operating normally in China (yes you are not mistaken), there are additional requirements in China:
The required documents are "Medical Institutional Business License" and "Medical Advertising Review Certificate", both of which are mandatory. In other words, Google can at least guarantee that medical advertisements appearing in AdWords are submitted by organizations with medical service qualifications, and that the advertising content complies with relevant national laws and regulations. Then the question is back to the above: Is the purchaser of hemophilia a medical service qualification? At least it can't be found in the records of the Ministry of Health; and can the advertising content it wants to pass be approved by the relevant departments? (you guess)
There is a popular American drama called POI (Person of Interest), which tells the story of two artificial intelligences. At the beginning of an artificial intelligence, it was repeatedly educated about what is good. The most precious thing to be educated is human beings, and eventually become the patron saint of human beings; and another artificial intelligence is provided with supreme authority at the beginning. Become a tool for monitoring and ruling humans. Unfortunately, at the end of the season, good artificial intelligence was completely defeated, and the evil one began to rule humanity.
Coincidentally, this is almost a perfect metaphor for Google and Baidu. The same search engine was born for organizing information. One was appointed by the founder to "do not do evil" at the beginning of the birth, and the other was supported by the state and became the evil that monopolized the people's information access. Dragon. Looking back at reality, Google has almost disappeared from the mainland, and Baidu has become the hegemon and absolute leader of market share. This is really the sadness of the information age.

Q13. Does Baidu have the freedom to keep it now?
There is a small game called Agar.io, the content is to manipulate a circle to go around, constantly consuming other small dots and getting bigger. In the case where the density of the small dots is constant, the larger the circle, the faster the speed will be, because the larger the diameter, the more dots are absorbed by walking the same distance. "The poorer the richer the richer, the richer." This is the Matthew effect.
Under this law, the larger individuals should take on the greater responsibility, because their volume has given them a distinct advantage. The core of Spider-Man is this: the greater the ability, the greater the responsibility. It is not appropriate to conduct a moral trial of a commercial society. Naturally, there are corresponding laws and regulations to bind and sanction them. However, large enterprises such as Baidu also have social responsibilities that they should bear; in addition to commerce, the freedom between rules and regulations requires enterprises to make trade-offs and choices.
A very special feature of information is that anyone who knows it actually has it, which is completely different from the physical objects of the real world. Therefore, the online community built in the virtual space also has its particularity: through sharing and browsing, the information realizes the factual ownership sharing, which is the fact that Baidu Post Bar and even Baidu can not be rid of as a co-network company. Copyright law and user agreement protect only the interests of information profit, but the impact of information circulation still requires the attention of Baidu and all Internet companies.
Why is the Internet the greatest invention of mankind? Because it brings high-speed circulation of information far beyond all previous eras, high-speed circulation brings a high degree of self-cleaning ability. A typical example is that many rumors have been widely rumored on relatively open microblogs, but they are still being circulated in a circle of friends. Baidu Post Bar is a cancer product that inherits the characteristics of China's Internet. Enterprises outside Baidu love and hate it. Love it depends on the factual monopoly Baidu search, you can easily get very high user activity; hate its opacity As a black hole in information, it is impossible to direct traffic from it to other places by normal means. Weibo's long article at least just turns the link into plain text that can't be clicked (and the link in the new headline article can already be clicked), and the post bar is directly blocking the link, which is the result of the exchange of expressions, removal of the link head and other heavy ghosts. culture.
Everything in this world can eventually be transformed into the same thing, that is, information; from the heartbeat feeling of passing notes in the classroom and secret love, to the amount of private money in the shoe box at the bottom of the bed. Information is true and false, and it is also useful and useless. The essence of advertising is actually changing the weight of the information being advertised through certain means. This principle is actually the same as a search engine. Baidu, which is a monopoly position in the domestic market, should have a natural advantage in advertising. However, it is really sad that it is a place where everyone is shouting today.
The advertisement itself should have been a good thing to tap the advantages of the product and connect with the right audience. However, it is equally sad to be forced to rely on scams, lie, and make a living in China. Advertisers are deeply disgusted with the aesthetic level of the audience, but have to cater to their "X-ray economy"; consumers are deeply disgusted with the vulgarity and inferiority of advertising, but have to rely on the "free" they bring. This kind of distorted and bizarre relationship is a kind of sociological miracle.

Q14. What can WE do to make it better?
Back to medical care, what is the most serious medical problem facing China? In fact, it is the ratio of medical personnel. The World Health Organization has a very important indicator for measuring medical standards, called the number of doctors per thousand, that is, the number of doctors that can be divided into thousands of people. According to the relevant departmental white paper, China's number of doctors per thousand has reached 2.9 in 2015, which is close to the stable value of 3.6 in developed countries; but if it is subdivided into certain categories, such as pediatricians, the indicator will plummet. To 0.43 people, the equivalent of 2,300 children has a physician. What's more, the ratio of medical care (the ratio of physicians to nursing staff) is only 1:1.4, which is still far from the ideal 1:4 standard. What is more serious is that the training of talents in the medical industry is not as fast as the other industries. The doctor may need to study + internship for 11 years to mature, and China's huge medical practitioners have undergraduate and above. Education, doctors only 45%, nurses only 10%...
The current situation in the medical industry has made it difficult for doctors to have extra energy to supplement relevant knowledge to patients. The patient's demand for relevant medical information before and after medical treatment is not satisfied, and it is inevitable to breed a sense of distrust, thus exacerbating the contradiction between doctors and patients. And Internet companies like Baidu Post Bar are even more fueling. At this time, it is not enough to just ask for punishment of Baidu. To give an inappropriate example: Consumers eating in restaurants because of health problems lead to food poisoning, asking the relevant departments to seriously punish the accident restaurant is the solution, can you avoid this situation? Obviously not. Is it not the law to urge the relevant departments to introduce laws and regulations as soon as possible and improve the health supervision system?
For Internet companies, the medical field is a market with great potential, and their focus should be on sharing the responsibility of medical information dissemination, and sending the most accurate information to the people in need (using Google as an example to search for "depression" When keywords are used, the first result is the intervention hotline of relevant NGOs. At the same time, the convenience and technical advantages of the Internet are used to simplify the medical treatment process and improve the efficiency of patient visits and doctor consultations, instead of “how to help patients save money”.
For hospitals, strict compliance with laws and regulations is the first, providing the most timely medical services to patients under the premise of ensuring real and reliable. At the same time, if you can actively embrace information technology, establish cooperation with Internet companies, hospital medical The maximization of resources and the improvement of the patient's medical experience are helpful.
For the judicial system, Baidu sells time to expose the vacancies of relevant laws and regulations, the judicial system should respond as soon as possible, improve and reinforce relevant vacancies, severely punish violations, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the medical industry.
For the media, connecting the judiciary, the medical and the public is the first priority, helping the judicial system to universalize, helping to supervise the medical treatment, and helping the people to speak. Smooth communication is the first step to solve the problem, and the media is of great significance in this.
In the end, the most important thing depends on us, together they are called the "people" group. Adhere to the use of legal means to protect their rights and interests, reject moral trials, and use the power of attention to promote industry progress. If the illegal Internet companies are demon and ghosts, and the laws and regulations that punish them are exquisite pagodas, the power of the instrument must come from the people's impression of the law.
Information wants to be free.

Alumina Ceramic Sleeve

Ceramic sleeves are mainly used in optical passive components and optical active components optical transceiver modules. Among them, fiber optic adapter applications occupy most of the market. At this stage, mobile communication has developed into the 4G era, and the replacement of copper wire by fixed-line fiber in fixed-line communication has become an irreversible trend. With the launch of applications such as IPTV, online games, 3D video, cloud computing and the Internet of Things, the emergence and replacement of smart phones, people have become increasingly inseparable from broadband networks, network IP traffic is exploding, and existing bandwidth has been The user's needs cannot be met, so operators have to expand their capital expenditures related to mobile broadband and fiber-optic networks to upgrade or build new networks.
