There are many ways to tighten the axial bearing of the rolling bearing; the common methods for fastening the inner ring are:
1) The shaft is embedded in the groove of the shaft by the elastic drawing circle; it is mainly used for the deep groove ball bearing; when the axial force is not large and the rotation speed is not high, the shaft end block fixed by the screw is fastened; When the thread is cut, it is difficult. This tightening allows for large axial forces at high rotational speeds.
2) Fastened with the national nut and the retaining washer; it is mainly used for the condition that the bearing rotates at a high speed and receives a large axial force.
3) Fastened with set bushing, stop washer and round nut; for the optical axis, the axial force and the rotational speed are not large, the inner ring is a tapered hole bearing. The other end of the inner ring is often the shaft The shoulder is used as the positioning surface. In order to facilitate the disassembly of the bearing; the height of the shoulder should be lower than the thickness of the inner ring of the bearing.
Common methods for axial tightening of the outer ring are:
l) fastened with a circlip by a hole embedded in the groove of the outer casing; used for a radial bearing; when the axial force is not large and the size of the bearing device needs to be reduced,
2) Fasten in the retaining groove of the outer ring of the bearing by the retaining ring; for the deep groove ball bearing with the retaining groove; when the outer casing is inconveniently provided with the shoulder and the outer casing is in a split layout,
3) Fastened with bearing caps; various types of centripetal, thrust and radial thrust bearings for high speed and large axial forces,
4) Fastened with threaded ring; used for high bearing speed and large axial load; not suitable for bearing cover.
