That is, it should have good lubrication, cooling, anti-corrosion, anti-rust and cleaning performance, long service life or recyclability. In the process of processing, it can meet the process requirements, reduce tool or grinding wheel loss, reduce the surface roughness value, reduce power consumption and improve production efficiency. To meet the environmental protection requirements stipulated by national regulations, the green cutting fluid is the first choice to ensure the safety of operators. Equipment lubrication, protection, and use requirements should also be met.
In order to meet the above conditions, first of all, according to the processed materials and process conditions, read the instructions provided by the manufacturer or the use of professional guidance, that is, it is inevitable to encounter some problems . For example, when a certain type of cutting fluid is used to grind the spheroidal material crankshaft, although the surface roughness of the grinding is good. The water-capacity cutting fluid is disposed of according to the date of use or the number of workpieces processed. The iron-cut surface of the grinding wheel formed during the cutting of the cutting oil is mixed with the waste cutting oil, discharged into the collecting box by the machine tool cutting device, and sent to the oil press for recycling. It is eliminated during the processing of the fume oil mist on the random bed of the exhaust facility.
