For the dust containing large amount of fiber, the dust removal mechanism of the dust-removing frame dust bag and the dust remover used are different from general dust. There are two working principles of the dust remover in the textile industry, namely the filtration mechanism and the centrifugal separation mechanism. The dust collector is divided into two categories according to the dust removal mechanism. Filter bag filter: filter bag (called dust bag) is a cylindrical body surrounded by a single layer of fabric, usually round, characterized by a simple structure, easy to remove dust. Filter bag filter has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, dust removal efficiency up to 99.5% in the textile dust chamber, simple structure, low power consumption.

With its good surface filtration and internal filtration, the dust is separated from the air stream. The advantages of the packed filter bed filtration are large air volume, low resistance, and dust filtration. The mechanism of filter dust removal by the dust removal framework is the combined effect of short-range capture mechanisms such as sieving effect, direct interception, diffusion settlement, inertial impact, and electrostatic adsorption. When the dust-laden air passes through filters such as meshes, fabrics, nonwovens, foams, etc., the dust is trapped in the dust layer formed inside or on the surface of the filter, and the filter layer formed on the upper layer of the powder is removed from the airflow. Separated.

Dust Cage Filtration: The dust cage is a cylinder surrounded by a metal mesh. Both ends of the cylinder are open to the air duct. The dust cage uses the airflow pressure generated by the fan to press the dust-containing air against the surface of the dust cage, and most of the short fibers and impurities are trapped on the surface of the dust cage. Filled Filter Bed Filtration: Filled filter beds are made of porous plastics such as foam, non-woven fabrics, plush, etc., on mesh drums and flat plates. A filter net layer is formed, and the dust-laden air that passes through the dust cage enters the second-stage filtration device through the channels on both sides of the dust cage. Pre-separator can be regarded as a type of filter. The advantage of dust cage filtration is that there are fewer auxiliary equipments and the management is simple and convenient. The filtered cotton quilts have a high reuse rate and are generally assembled into dust filter equipments and other filtration methods. The disadvantage is that the air volume is not large, the area is relatively large, and the power consumption is high.

With the thickening of the dust layer, it is necessary to regularly remove the dust layer to ensure that the dust removal process continues. The textile fiber dust collector is classified according to the structure of the dust collector. The textile fiber dust filter has the dust cage filter, the packed filter bed filter, the filter bag filter dust remover and so on. When the dust-laden air passes through the filter bag, the dust is separated from the air flow by means of screening, collision, interception, and the like. Disadvantages are the prone to fire, the filter bag is easy to dew, the filtered air volume per unit area is small, and the amount of filter cloth is large. In the short period of time after cleaning, the filtered air has high dust concentration and poor working conditions.
