And the requirements and performance of aluminum alloy profiles, through the test validation and exploration rules, for the first time in the national standard specifies the full section bending performance of the profile, the full section compression performance and high-speed tensile properties, as well as matching test methods to determine this standard The relevant technical indicators have met the requirements of technical indicators for aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles used by foreign advanced automotive companies such as Ford and Mercedes-Benz in the United States, and their standards have completely reached the international advanced level.

This standard is an industry forward-looking standard. At present, the application of aluminum profiles in automobiles is still at the initial stage in China, and the industrial foundation is relatively weak. The formulation of standards is difficult, the time is tight, and the task is heavy. The standard lasted for 3 years from the establishment of the project to the final review. A total of 7 national standard conferences were held during the period, involving a total of 10,000 sets of technical indicators. Samples were supplied by the profile factories for a total of more than 2,000 samples, and the number of test tests was more than 3,000.
