When necessary, relevant government departments may require power supply companies to stop supplying power to enterprises with backward production capacity according to law. For enterprises that have eliminated backward production capacity within the prescribed time limit, they should still provide corresponding support according to relevant regulations; for enterprises that have a heavier task of eliminating backward production capacity and have completed better, they are arranging technical transformation funds, energy conservation and emission reduction funds, investment project nuclear preparation, Land development and utilization, financing support and other aspects are given a tilt.
