Reducer gear classification and description

Reducer gear classification and description:

1. Parallel shaft gear reducer (cylindrical gear)

(1) Rack: A linear strip gear that meshes with a spur gear. It can be said that the pitch of the gear becomes a special case when the size becomes infinite.
(2) Helical gear: a cylindrical gear with a toothed helix.
(3) Double helical gear: A helical gear formed by left and right spurs.

(4) Spur gear: A linear cylindrical gear whose tooth rib is parallel to the shaft center.

2. Straight shaft gear reducer (cone gear)

(1) Spiral bevel gear: The toothed rib is a bevel gear having a curved line of a helix angle.
(2) Straight bevel gear: a bevel gear in which the tooth rib is aligned with the busbar (straight line) of the pitch cone.
(3) Zero-elastic bevel gear: a curved bevel gear with a helix angle of zero. Worm reducer

3. Wrong shaft gear reducer (worm gear and worm)

(1) Screw gear: This is a cylindrical helical gear, which is called when it is driven between the shafts (also called the skew shaft).
(2) Worm gear: The cylindrical worm gear is a general term for a worm (Worm) and a gear (Wheel).
(3) Other special gears:
Face gear: A disc-shaped face gear that can be engaged with a spur gear or a helical gear.
Concave worm gear: A general term for a concave drum worm and a gear that meshes with it.
Hypoid gear: A conical gear that conveys the wrong axis. Shaped like a curved bevel gear.
