Pressure test pump products and supporting pressure test, pilot project, has been used in the field of aviation pressure test, and key national defense research and development projects in the application. For China's major scientific research projects underground such as: high-pressure burst test, deep sea test, space technology, high temperature and pressure test, shaped tube test, and made a significant contribution. Pressure test pump is designed for all types of pressure vessels, pipes, valves, boilers, cylinders, fire equipment for hydraulic test and laboratory access to high-pressure liquid testing equipment. Pressure test pump is divided into three types: electric pressure test pump, manual pressure test pump and electric portable pressure test pump. The function of the electric pressure test pump is to convert the mechanical energy of the power machine (such as a motor and an internal combustion engine) to the pressure energy of the liquid. Working principle: Cam driven by the motor rotation. The cam continuously raises and lowers the plunger, periodically reduces and increases the volume of the seal, and the pump continues to suck and drain oil. So work back and forth to achieve the rated pressure test. Electric Pressure Test Pump (Figure 1) The manual pressure test pump's function is to convert manual mechanical energy into liquid pressure energy.
