On-line monitoring skills of the rolling bearing - outer ring displacement monitoring method This method is applicable to the case where the sensor contact is directly touched to the bearing outer ring; it is used to monitor important large bearings. It can monitor the outer ring oscillation displacement of 0. 06~3pm. It can prevent the disturbance of the random signal conveyed by the casing; accurately indicate the working condition of the bearing.
With the high-sensitivity eddy current proximity sensor, the micro-contact is directly touched to the outer ring of the bearing, and the measured oscillation displacement of the outer ring of the bearing is replaced by an electrical signal and analyzed and identified.
This device divides the sensor signal into two parts: the high frequency domain and the low frequency domain; most of the rotor-related fault signals occur in the relatively low frequency domain; the typical fault signal is less than 10 times the transition speed; and the high frequency signal is separated. The bearing is damaged by the inner and outer rings or the roll.
Practice has proved that the reliability of this equipment to monitor bearing problems is quite good.
