The "Notice" pointed out that the resettlement sites of transitional resettlement houses should avoid factories and warehouses that produce and store inflammable and explosive dangerous goods. In areas with a municipal water supply network, fire hydrants should be installed; in areas without a municipal water supply network, natural water sources should be fully utilized or fire ponds should be constructed, and corresponding water intake facilities should be provided. In the resettlement sites of more than 50 households, special rooms for fire duty duty sites shall be set up, equipped with necessary fire fighting facilities and equipment.
The "Notice" requires prohibiting the use of open flames and storing flammable and explosive dangerous goods in the house; prohibiting the use of volatile liquids such as gasoline and thinners in the resettlement area; prohibiting unauthorized changes to the existing electrical wiring in the house and unauthorized wiring and wiring; It is forbidden to use electric stoves and other electrical appliances that may catch fire in the house; the installation of lighting equipment in the house should comply with fire prevention and other regulations, and the electricity for each transitional house is strictly limited to 1 kilowatt to prevent overloading.
