Recently, traffic police from Yuhua District in Changsha conducted a routine inspection of passenger vehicles at the South Bus Station. During the check, a large bus traveling from Changsha to Zhuzhou was stopped for further examination. The traffic police also found that the fire extinguisher was not functioning properly and the safety hammer was missing from the vehicle. Peng Yan, director of the Anhuan Office within the Yuhua Traffic Police Brigade, emphasized that the drivers would be required to fix these issues before they could continue operating. If the same vehicle is found with similar violations again, the traffic police will issue a formal notice to the South Railway Station and may impose penalties such as suspension of operations.
