(3) Requirements for color inks In addition to having a certain degree of water resistance, the color inks printed by tinplate also require special requirements. Because the surface of tinplate does not seep through moisture and solvent, it needs to be dried by baking. Therefore, the ink should be heat-cured. The coloring power and durability of the pigment are required to be high. In addition to the basic properties of offset printing inks, iron printing inks should also have heat resistance, strong ink film adhesion, impact resistance, good rigidity, resistance to cooking and light resistance, etc., according to the characteristics of the printed iron.
(4) Ink drying process In tinplate printing production, ink drying is a complex physical and chemical reaction process. It is necessary to reasonably control the drying speed of ink and master the physical and chemical mechanism of ink drying in order to effectively perform fast printing operations and ensure product quality. Too fast ink drying will reduce the normal ink transfer performance and affect the normal production process; The ink is light, the printing plate, the ink roller surface appears on the ink roller, so that the ink in the transmission is blocked; the printing plate graphic is dry outwardly; the amount of the desiccant is too large, the ink absorption force is increased, the blank part is dirty, etc. Symptoms. (5) Special structure of printing equipment Due to different substrates, the auxiliary mechanism of tinplate printing presses is also different from other offset printing machines.
