Using a computer to make machine external memory

With the rapid development and continuous upgrading of computer manufacturing technology, in many factories, a considerable number of low-end computers (such as 486 or less) have been eliminated from the full use of these computers, except for a few used as teaching equipment. Most are idle or discarded. And these computers (from PC to 486) can be used as external parts of CNC machine tools with appropriate software and wiring.
