During the use of the boiler, the water temperature and water level probe should be cleaned regularly, and the descaling should be checked regularly; the boiling water furnace should be regularly drained from the boiling water outlet of the furnace body and the water outlet pipe and the water nozzle. Sewage must be done at least once a day.

Sewage method: Before the sewage discharge, the water level of the boiler is at a normal high water level, and the boiler pressure is carried out at 0.1-0.2MPA. Based on the principle of “diligent discharge, less discharge, and uniform discharge” (at least once a day), the short-term intermittent operation is carried out, that is, the sewage valve is opened. After that, it will be turned off, then turned off again, and repeated several times, until the water level is at a normal low water level. Remember not to empty the boiler.

Safety accessories such as pressure gauges and safety valves of boilers should be periodically checked to ensure their reliability (the pressure gauge is at least once every six months, and the safety valve is at least once every year).

After the horizontal fuel (gas) boiler is continuously operated for 12 months, open the smoke box door to clean the dust in the furnace or the pipe, check whether the smoke box cement is falling off, and repair the falling off.

Clean and paint the rust of exposed parts such as the base at least once a year.
