Disassembly, assembly and adjustment

Unscrew the lower part of the pump body to allow the medium in the pump chamber to be drained. Remove the inlet and outlet flange bolts and remove the coupling coupling pin of the pump.
Remove the pump cover. When disassembling the impeller nut, bushing, and rolling bearing, if it is found to be bitten by rust, use kerosene, rust remover or loosening agent to soak it and then remove it. Do not strike it at will. When disassembling the rolling bearing, use a special disassembly tool (such as a bearing puller) or use a press, and the method should be correct. (10,000 fan)
When the bearing is hot-mounted, it can be assembled by heating with a bearing heater or oil at 100~120 °C. It is strictly forbidden to directly heat the flame and directly hit the bearing with a hammer.
For the assembly of the sliding bearing, it is necessary to check whether the contact between the lower bushing and the bearing housing is uniform, and whether the contact area is more than 60%. Use the coloring method to check whether the contact angle between the journal and the lower tile is 60 to 90 degrees in the middle, and there are at least 2 to 4 spots per square centimeter. If the requirements are not met, the tile can be scraped and assembled for inspection. (FRP acid mist purification tower)
The rotor is installed in the pump body, so that the center line of the impeller flow path is aligned with the center line of the scroll chamber. For the double suction impeller, the bushing nut is used to adjust the impeller position so that it is equal to the end face clearance of the seal rings on both sides, and the axial total turbulence of the rotor is also determined. Then the rotor is positioned according to half of the total turbulence.
