Key Construction Points for Wet Paste Application:

1. Base Wall Preparation: Clean any dirt, soft plaster, or oil stains thoroughly. Repair and level damaged areas. For old walls with moss, clean them using insecticide. Ensure that the exterior plastering meets standard specifications.

2. Apply Interface Mortar: Brush or spray the interface mortar evenly using a roller or broom. Avoid missing any areas and ensure the layer isn't too thick.

3. Prepare Polymer Bonding Mortar: Mix bonding mortar with water in a ratio of 4.5:1 (by weight). Use an electric mixer to blend thoroughly, let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then stir again before use. Use the mixture within 2 hours and never re-mix hardened mortar.

4. Mark Installation Lines: Based on the design, mark vertical lines, thickness control lines, and installation lines on the wall according to the panel’s size and thickness.

5. Attach the Panel: Apply bonding mortar on at least 40% of the panel’s back surface. Immediately attach the panel to the wall, slide it into place, and gently press to ensure even adhesion. Check flatness with a 2-meter ruler and make adjustments as needed. After 24 hours, install the “ten” and “one” Anchors.

6. Seal Joints: Fill gaps with insulation material first, then apply weatherproof sealant or jointing putty. The thinnest part should not be less than 3mm. Ensure the joints are full, dense, continuous, and free of bubbles, forming a smooth concave groove.

7. Remove Protective Film and Clean Surface: Once the sealant is applied, remove the protective film and clean the surface carefully to avoid scratches.

8. Final Inspection: After cleaning, check the flatness, vertical alignment, and corners. Replace any non-compliant sections immediately.
