Application of diamond-like diamond in LED thermal circuit board

As a leader in coating technology, Suzhou Rechi has developed ultra-high thermal conductivity diamond-like coatings that significantly enhance the thermal performance of standard aluminum substrates. These coatings are not made of actual diamond but are instead a synthetic material with properties similar to both diamond and graphite. The company's diamond-like coating offers exceptional thermal conductivity and insulation, making it ideal for use in high-performance LED applications. By replacing the traditional PP resin insulating layer, Suzhou Rechi successfully developed an 800W thermal conductive insulation layer, breaking through previous technical limitations and achieving thermal performance comparable to that of pure aluminum. The technology has been tested and validated by major industry players such as Cree, Osram, Philips, and Seoul Semiconductor. According to independent reliability test reports, the diamond-like coating effectively reduces operating temperatures, improves light output efficiency, and enhances overall product performance.
