In the summer, when the electricity load increases and rainwater increases, to ensure the normal operation of the power supply and distribution and water supply and drainage facilities in the areas under the jurisdiction of each project, the Property Department requires the service office to comprehensively inspect the power supply and distribution from the day the notification is issued. The operation of water supply and drainage facilities will ensure the safety of electricity usage in the summer and reduce flood disasters. The main inspection contents are as follows:

I. Supply and Distribution Equipment and Facilities Inspection Contents

1 、Whether the switch contacts of the high-voltage power distribution room, transformer room, and low-voltage power distribution room are normal, whether there is overheating and sparking discharge phenomenon;

2. Whether the strong electric wells, meter boxes, switches and connectors are in good condition. Whether there is any phenomenon of overheating of carbonization and whether the wells have accumulated debris or debris and whether they are locked according to requirements;

3 、Whether the open-air distribution boxes and lights are intact, whether the doors are locked as required, whether the lines are bare or not, and the inspection cover plates are covered as required;

4. Check whether the switch, accessories and contacts of the power supply control box of each equipment room are normal;

5. Check whether the electricity in the staff quarters meets the safety requirements;

6. Whether the special operating personnel hold certificates.

Second, water supply and drainage facilities inspection content

1. Check whether the main rain and sewage pipe drainage is unblocked;

2. Completely clean the drainage pipes in the jurisdiction area to ensure that the pipelines and water collection wells are clean and free of waste and mud;

3. Check whether the manhole covers, floor drain covers, and rain water traps in the jurisdiction are in good condition, and if any are missing, promptly replenish them;

4. Whether the pipelines in the floor of the garage pipe are in good condition, whether there is any leakage, whether the wells have piled up rubbish or debris, and whether they are locked according to requirements;

5. Check whether the sewage pump of each collection well is in good condition, whether the power supply of the line is normal, whether the automatic control system is in good condition, and whether the control cabinet is in the state of automatic control;

6. Whether the fire pipe water supply is normal, whether the fire pump can start normally, and whether the fire hydrant box accessories are complete.
