AQSIQ announces the latest supervision and random inspection results of grinding products
In the second quarter of 2013, a total of 30 batches of grinding machines produced by 30 companies in 8 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, Tianjin, Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei and Shaanxi were sampled. According to GB 15760-2004 "General Technical Conditions for Safety Protection of Metal Cutting Machine Tools", GB 5226.1-2008 "Mechanical Electrical Safety Mechanical Electrical Equipment Part 1: General Technical Conditions", GB 24384-2009 "Technical Conditions for Safety Protection of Cylindrical Grinders", GB 24385-2009 "Technical Conditions for Safety Protection of Horizontal Axis Surface Grinders", JB 4029-2000 "Technical Requirements for Safety Protection of Grinding Wheel Covers", etc., entanglement and entanglement of grinding products, extrusion and shearing Cutting hazard, limit device, anti-loose device, interlocking device, clamping device, wall thickness of protective cover, opening angle of grinding zone, starting, stopping, emergency stop, splash, power switch, protection coupling circuit, insulation resistance test, 25 projects including pressure test, overcurrent protection, motor overheat protection, electric shock protection, hydraulic system, temperature and temperature rise, leakage, accuracy, noise, and motion test were tested.
The spot check found that the four batches of products did not meet the requirements of the standard, involving power switch, electric shock protection, emergency stop, and protection coupling circuit strength performance items. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said that the relevant provincial (city, district) quality and technical supervision departments have been instructed to deal with the unqualified products and their production enterprises in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
