Stable MC Single Pulse Precipitator Precautions for Use
(1) The ash cleaning device adopts a tubular center injection.
(2) Injection pressure with low pressure injection, pressure less than 0.4MPA, high pressure injection, pressure higher than 0.4MPA. The high pressure gas source has a larger kinetic energy, less gas consumption, a lower kinetic energy of the low pressure gas source, and a larger gas consumption. The pressure of the pulse jet air source, whether high or low, is used for the purpose of achieving complete cleaning. The required cleaning energy is the same.
(3) The blast cleaning mechanism is divided into a non-draining nozzle, a venturi tube, a drainage nozzle, a venturi tube, and a venting nozzle, a venturi tube, and the like.
(4) The pulse jet cleaning has the points of online cleaning and off-line cleaning. By adjusting the parameters of the dust collector, the on-line and off-line cleaning can achieve substantially the same cleaning effect.
